Brownfield Redevelopment Program
Resources for
Redevelopment
Other Resources Available for Redevelopment Projects

Other funding sources and tax incentives can be combined with Brownfield grants in order to fund
redevelopment of a property. This page provides an overview of potential sources of funding, but is not an
exhaustive list. Other opportunities may be available, and we will continue to update this list on an ongoing
basis. Please contact the Brownfield Coordinator about your specific project to see if other funding sources
may be available. Please note that most government programs have lengthy application and approval
processes and should be investigated early for specific program requirements. Links are provided for
additional information.
